Kalli has been in the commercial property business for over 25 years. In the past ten years, we’ve been involved in some significant design build projects in Canada and the US. Here’s a sampling of what we’ve worked on lately.

• The update of a Toronto head office.
• The renovation and complete refurnishing of a corporate head office, in 35,000 square feet of occupied space.
• A $450,000 addition to the HSBC Bank at Milliken Square in Toronto.
• A retrofit of a corporate head office exterior including cladding, painting, removal of overhang and new front entrance as well as complete renovation of the office interiors, all while the owner and staff were in occupancy.
• New office locations for a large multinational company: Kalli managed the entire design build & furniture process in locations such as Chicago (30,000 s.f.), Houston (14,000 s.f.), Irvine (20,000 s.f.).
• Design build of an endoscopy clinic in Toronto.
• Modernization of client areas and boardrooms in a global head office in Toronto.
