Need three new desks wired up and IT ready? We can do that. Are you looking for someone to deal with routine maintenance so you don’t have to worry about it? That’s us, too. We’ll manage all maintenance, and act as a liaison with the landlord on your behalf. Kalli is an ideal outsourced solution for responsive, hands-on, experienced facility management.
Facilities management – interior spaces. For areas not covered by the landlord, Kalli provides services for plumbing, HVAC, carpet cleaning , wall repairs, painting and touch-ups, glass replacement, hardware changes, electrical, sprinkler, window coverings, electrical and cable additions, cleaning and garbage removal, recycling, pest control, ceiling tiles, light fixtures, network wiring, phone additions, furniture cleaning and repairs, window cleaning and materials supply.
Furniture procurement. We prepare specs and get quotes for all new and existing locations, and coordinate delivery, installation and all related electrical and data requirements. Our design team develops and administers company furniture standards. And, of course, we pass on the Kalli discount on all purchases.
Space planning. When you need to add staff or work stations, we help you plan the space, prepare a budget for the expansion, and implement the changes by managing all move, data and electrical requirements. Download sample space planning doc. We will develop a standard for your company in terms of look and feel, furniture style, office size, etc., and maintain it to support your brand. Security. We develop a security plan for all your premises, starting with an initial audit of conditions. Services include an emergency plan, working with an internal committee, developing an employee personal safety policy, and administration of the card access system.
Health and safety. We develop health and safety committees in each location according to local regulations, and organize fire safety planning by putting together a plan for all your locations, organizing warden training and coordinating an annual fire drill.
Ergonomics. We ensure all employees are working ergonomically by managing issues, referring employees to assessors and implementing recommendations (including equipment and furniture procurement).
Indoor air quality. We coordinate testing and analysis of air quality, then implement recommendations.
Company equipment. Our services include maintenance, repair and replacement of audio-visual equipment, kitchen appliances, A/C units in server rooms, etc.
Move coordination. We ensure your move is organized and efficient, and that all electrical, data and phone installations are performed on time and on budget.
Data centre. We manage security, maintenance and fire testing, and coordinate annual UPS system testing.
Company assets. We develop and maintain a list of all assets.
Master key system. We will set up a secure entry system for your office.
Annual budget. We put together an annual facilities budget that includes furniture, rent, repairs and maintenance.
Facility management plan. We can develop a facility management plan and hand it off to you at the end of a project, or we can keep managing the facility for you.
